Does Facebook Marketing really works? Now adays I’m noticing that people are now using facebook ads more than adwords? Is their any reason behind this?

We’ve learned that Facebook is very targeted and can be effective only if targeting factors and creative on ads is implemented well. This includes monitoring the ads daily and testing different creative and targeting factors.
