Position Description:

SEO Sales Consultant/Inside Sales (SEOSC)
NetBiz is currently seeking an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Sales Consultant (SEOSC) to contact prospects who have requested information about innovative NetBiz SEO services. NetBiz SEOSCs provide a free 15-minute discovery/review consultation; propose the appropriate, advanced, SEO site review and link/traffic/branding services; and then close the sale. A primary task will then be to coordinate with NetBiz SEO Support Staff for the creation and optimized syndication of SEO boost products such as online videos, articles, blogs and press releases. The SEOSC will additionally provide monthly SEO metrics and recommendation consultations for existing NetBiz clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Proven consultative business-to-business sales skills and success.
•    Skill to quickly build rapport with warm leads and move the lead to commitment and close.
•    Superior written (especially grammar and spelling) and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability, interest and willingness to learn, integrate and apply new, cutting-edge Search Engine Optimization technical and organizational strategies on an ongoing basis.
•    Personable, sales and customer-oriented, and an exemplary team worker.
•    Ability to work independently within an interdependent team environment.
•    Superior attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work well with a variety of personalities, both inside and outside of business.
•    Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, browser functions, etc.)
•    Copy writing skill and experience a plus.
•    Familiarity with: Search Engine Marketing (SEM, SEO, SEP, Google AdWords, etc.); HTML; Social Media (Blogs, FaceBook, Twitter, etc.); Internet videos (YouTube, etc.); and/or Web site design

Hours and Compensation:
Hours are expected to be 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a non-exempt position, with a wage of $13.00/hour base salary plus commissions.
